Be prepared. The selling process can be overwhelming and exhausting, and an emotional roller-coaster. It involves a demanding schedule of showings, followed by "intense" negotiations (being the formal legal process of Offer and Counter-offer), dealing with any "subjects", payment, closing, and then possession. And potentially, you'll be dealing with the differing demands of multiple buyers that you have to chose between.

My job is to alleviate your stress. I will personally work with you every step along the way. My job is to help you make informed decisions with confidence. I will take the time to really understand your needs, and will work hard to sell your property. As your REALTOR®, I will always represent your best interests. I will help negotiate the best possible price and terms for you, and manage all of the details involved right through to you receiving payment and the buyer taking possession.
