Overview

Your information is yours. Any information that you chose to provide to us will be stored securely. We will not sell or otherwise distribute any of your personal information to anyone without your prior express approval.

We only collect personally identifiable information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide for specific purposes of your choosing. For example, you may choose to provide personal information in order to contact us or to register for certain areas of the Web Site. When you provide such information, we undertake to use it solely for the purposes for which it is provided. The legal entity actually collecting the data described herein is Francine Legault, ("Legault") a person who is an experienced, licensed, full-service REALTOR® working in Vancouver residential markets.

We collect personally identifiable information only when it is knowingly and voluntarily provided by you in order to deal with a specific request you have made of us. Typically, we would receive only limited personally identifiable information, such as name, title, company address, email address, and telephone and fax numbers, from you. Demographic information, including gender and occupation, is not actively sought, but may be submitted by your own choice. It is our policy to limit the information collected to only the minimum information required to complete your request. In any instance where non-mandatory information is sought, you will be notified of this at the point of collection.

Publications, if available on the Web Site, would typically be provided as downloads for site users. You may also be provided the opportunity to purchase publications directly from other independent third parties either online, by calling toll free numbers, or by calling (or possibly faxing) them directly. In such instance and only where necessary, we will collect information to facilitate order processing, delivery, and any required payment for the publication and its shipping. All Legault employees and contractors are fully apprised of this Privacy Policy. Only authorized personnel are provided access to personally identifiable information and they have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of this information. It is our policy to use secure socket layer encryption technology for the protection of credit card information submitted through web forms. This policy is also required for any fulfilment agents of Legault. Although the steps we take meet generally accepted industry standards to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will not become accessible to unauthorized persons.

Children

We fully understand the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an online environment. The Web Site covered by this privacy statement is not intentionally designed for or directed at children (i.e. any person who is not an adult howsoever defined in the law of any applicable legal jurisdiction).
